Making your own homemade sausage is fun, easy and delicious.
Included in your class fee is 5 pounds of our USDA inspected pasture-raised ground pork, all of the supplies that you will need to make the sausage and our help to “get it done!”
We will create at least 3 types of sausage during the class.
